REGISTRATION OPENS FOR THE 10th ANNUAL YOUTH ENTREPRENEURSHIP CHALLENGE SERIES
Sanction applications may now be submitted for the 10th Annual Youth Entrepreneurship Challenge (YEC) Series. YEC is a sequence of community-based entrepreneurship competitions for students in grades 6-12, culminating in a state championship. NetWork Kansas has released new overview video and other materials to help promote YEC.

Today, NetWork Kansas announced the hiring of Janet Miller, who joins the staff as Manager, Rural Entrepreneurship, Southeast Region. In her role, Miller will oversee 10 leadership teams in Southeast Kansas that include the following locations: Allen, Altamont, Anderson, Bourbon, Chautauqua, Cherokee, Girard, Linn, Montgomery and Neosho.
NETWORK KANSAS RECEIVES $30,000 GRANT TO GROW YOUTH ENTREPRENEURSHIP CHALLENGE SERIES ACROSS KANSAS
The Dane G. Hansen Foundation has awarded NetWork Kanas a grant that allows all 26 counties in the northwest region to have equal access to participate in the YEC Series, which will strengthen the entrepreneurial ecosystem and provide the region's youth with valuable knowledge and experiences.
